Private Investors Tap into Waterbury

37 Leavenworth St. Sold for $1.095 Million

Private investors, Yan Kaplun & Klara Kaplun, of New York purchased 37 Leavenworth St. in Waterbury, CT, for $1.095 million, or $73 per square foot. The seller, Philip Nargi, made an offer to the buyer that it could not refuse, according to Dom Giglio of Giglio & Krasney who represented both parties in the transaction. The recently remodeled office building at 37 Leavenworth St. is 3 stories, 15,000 square feet and fully leased. Law offices and the Department of Education in Waterbury currently occupy the building.
