Modern VideoFilm Inc. signed a five-year lease renewal, and gained building-top signage rights at 3575 Cahuenga Blvd. West in Universal City, CA. The 11,863-square-foot space on the top floor of the six-story building will house the company's accounting and human resources departments. The renewal was valued at $1.325 million.
