Consolidated Electric Distribution, (CED) leased a 15,360-square-foot industrial building in Tacoma, at 901 Center St. The building offers 18-foot clear height and two dock-high loading doors. The lease, which commences in August, will the provide CED with 3,500 square feet of office space and 11,860 square feet of warehouse space.
