Liberty Mutual Takes More Space

Insurance Company Expands in Building

Liberty Mutual signed a lease for 59,005 square feet of space at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston for a 12-year term. it had space on the second floor but expanded to occupy space on the 3rd, 10th, 18th, and 19th floor. This office building measures 585,000 square feet on 20 floors and features a mix of office and retail space and is close to MBTA Green and Orange Lines. Liberty Mutual is a worldwide insurance service organization that was founded in Boston in 1912. Michael Edward and Kristin Blount of Meredith & Grew Inc. represented the owner of the building, Millennium Partners Inc. Robert Shulman of CRESA Partners represented the tenant.
