North Pittsburgh Imaging, dealing in MRI, signed a five-year lease for 1,429 square feet in Building 3000 of the Stonewood East Park, Wexford, PA. The three-story, 25,000-square-foot building, built in 2001, is now 100% leased. The tenant took occupancy on the 1st floor on June 1, 2003. In addition to this locale, the new business has a MRI imaging center in 6001 Stonewood Drive. Carol Cavanaugh of Allegheny Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
