Sterling Centrecorp Acquires Retail Site

Small Retail Development Planned Next to Existing Albertsons

Sterling Centrecorp purchased a six-acre tract of land from Harwood Development in order to build a new shopping center. The Toronto-based developer plans to develop a 12,600-square-foot unanchored strip center adjacent to an existing Albertson’s at Main Street and Euless in Euless, TX, as the first phase. A second phase will dependent on market conditions.
