80 Temple St. Sold to Investor/Developer

Bow Tie Partners, a real estate investor and developer headquartered in New York City, purchased 80 Temple St., the former headquarters of United Illuminating, in downtown New Haven, CT. The facility consists of three stories of approximately 80,000 square feet and a 33,000-square-foot basement. It sold for $2.52 million or $31.50 per square foot.
