Alex. Brown Realty Inc. leased 10,614 square feet of office space at 300 East Lombard St., the newly renovated 240,000-square foot, Class-A office building located in the Inner Harbor. Alex. Brown Realty, which is headquartered in Baltimore, is a real estate investment company making investments nationwide on behalf of its clients, its shareholders and its own account. Alex. Brown Realty will be moving after 19 years at its current offices in the Vickers Building at 225 East Redwood St. The Vickers building was recently sold to Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander LLC, a law firm based in Baltimore.
