Hines, a privately owned global investment firm with 148 developments currently underway, and investment partner Cresset-Diversified QOZ Fund revealed construction has begun on The Mercantile, a 20-acre, mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, that will transform the Conagra campus.
