The 83-year-old company that has grown from a small company to an internationally respected leader in fire sprinkler manufacturing decided that now was the right time to enter the Washington region. Building 1 of the Newington Business Center is located two minutes away from I-95. Guy Travers of R.L. Travers & Associates represented the tenant. The landlord, Bernstein Management Corp., was represented in-house.
