Delray Professional Center is a 36,813-square-foot, two-story, multi-tenant office building with a glass curtain wall exterior and parking garage, built in 1987. The building was 95% leased at the time of purchase and bought as an income producing investment according to Bert Freehof of Brenner Real Estate Group, the seller representative. Duff Rubin of Jack Lupo Realty represented the buyer.
