Private investor Maria C. Fang purchased 710 Market St., a.k.a. 31 Geary St., in San Francisco, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $4.5 million, or $223.67 per square foot. Located just 1.5 blocks from Union Square with signage along both Market and Geary Streets, the 3-story (plus basement) retail/office building was built in 1908 and totals 20,119 square feet.
