The 2-story 106,625-square-foot office building features full cafeteria, security fence, one loading dock, one grade-level door, heavy power and clear height of 14 feet. Tom Clarke and Bo Estes of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Renco Ltd. Elman Investors was represented in-house. It also leased the entire property to GSA/INS.
