F.W. Webb signed a deal that gives it the entire 50,000-square-foot flex building at 160 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford, MA, for $3.2 million, or $64 per square foot. Formerly owned by KLA-Tencor, the building was built in 1977, stands at two stories, contains approximately 20,000 square feet of office space and two loading docks. As the most prominent plumbing services company serving the Northeast, F.W. Webb will take advantage of the buildings' location for its shipping and distribution needs.
