Built in 1998, 14850 FAA Blvd. features six loading docks, a clear height of 28 feet, landscaped boulevards, dual restricted park, dual power grid and fire station and security patrol on-site. Robert Fulford and Gary Lindsey of Grubb & Ellis represented sublessor, Qwest Communications, in the deal. Jim Ferris of Bradford Cos. represented the new tenant in the sublease transaction. Advance Excelsior manufactures and distributes bubble wrap, P.E. foam, polystyrene loose fill and other packaging materials.
