St. Louis-based KV Pharmaceutical Co. purchased One Corporate Woods Dr. in Bridgeton, MO, for $8.8 million. The 275,505-square-foot, Class B flex building includes 56,736 square feet of office space, 71,958 square feet of warehouse space and 146,811 square feet of production space, as well as 10 loading docks, a 26-foot ceiling height and 400 parking spaces. KV Pharmaceutical is planning to do extensive renovation work prior to moving in.
