South Shore Movers Inc. signed a three-year lease for 6,000 square feet at 14801 McKinley Ave. in Posen, IL. The space has an office area of 1,400 square feet and a loading dock. South Shore Movers offers local and long distance moving services for residents and commercial businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. The company is a family run business which used to be run out of their home, however as of June 2003, it will have moved into its new location. Robert Sheppel, working on behalf of Sheppel Management, represented both the tenant and ownership.
