Siemens Sells 3 and Builds 1 in Texas

Siemens Dematic Postal Automation celebrated the ground break of its new 233,000-square-foot headquarters on the grounds of the Ballpark in Arlington, TX. A world supplier of logistics and production automation, it also completed negotiations to sell its three facilities located at 2910 Avenue F, 2900 Avenue E and 3315 Division St. in Arlington to the Dallas office of the Trammell Crow Co. The three properties total over 552,000 square feet and were sold for an undisclosed amount.
