Mann Financial subleased 8,400 square feet of office space at 6542 Southeast Lake Road in Oak Grove, OR. The company will occupy the space in the 17,000-square-foot building for the remainder of the master lease, which is approximately five years. The deal was signed within a few months of the sublessor, Interface Engineering Inc., having moved to the Mohawk Building at 708 Southwest Third Ave. in downtown Portland. Jennifer Medak and John Medak of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the sublessor. Brad Christiansen and Mike Holzgang of Colliers International represented Mann Financial.
