Corinthian Colleges Inks 53,140-SF Lease

Atlantic Tower is Fully Leased

Corinthian Colleges Inc. signed a 10-year lease valued at more than $12 million. The college plans to expand into Broward County later this year. Atlantic Tower, an eight-story office building located at 225 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, FL, will be renovated so that it meets its need for office and classroom space. Deborah Fink of NAI Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurt & Co. represented the owner, Brenner Real Estate Group. Jon Pertchick and Paul Dimeo of The Staubach Co. represented Corinthian Colleges, along with Marisela Cortilla and Jeffery Lapidus of CB Richard Ellis in Palm Beach County.
