Corinthian Colleges Inc. signed a 10-year lease valued at more than $12 million. The college plans to expand into Broward County later this year. Atlantic Tower, an eight-story office building located at 225 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, FL, will be renovated so that it meets its need for office and classroom space.
