General American Corp.’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Suite 300 in the building and also occupies space on the 4th floor. The firm, a full service real estate settlement services company providing nationwide assistance to the first mortgage, refinance, and equity lenders industry, plans to take occupancy of the 7th floor space on July 1, 2003.
