Commercial Carpet Consultants purchased a 29,299-square-foot warehouse at 893 Industrial Dr in Elmhurst, IL, for an undisclosed price. The carpet company will use the one-story, brick-and-block building to house its administrative offices as well as its warehouse and distribution operations. It is equipped with 6,000 square feet of office space, two loading docks, two drive in doors, and a ceiling height of 18’-21’. CIC Realty, a division of Carroll International Corp., formerly owned the property. Grubb & Ellis Senior Vice President Brian Carroll represented Commercial Carpet Consultants. Barry J.
