The company is scheduled to move into the building in July and will utilize the property for records storage and a print shop. The location near its downtown office made the site ideal for Standard Insurance. The tenant will occupy almost the entire 65,922-square-foot building, with the owner, Fred Meyer Stores, occupying the remainder. The property features 22-foot clear heights, fenced yard, and dock-high loading doors. Scott MacLean, Chris Johnson, and Jeff Borlaug of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, Fred Meyer.
