Located at 2501-2535 East Arkansas Lane in Arlington, this community center was built in 1985 and consists of 30 units. Current tenants include Dollar General, Top Cat and Comedy Club. Global One occupies approximately 22,000 square feet. Eric English of The Makens Co. represented the seller in the sales transaction.
