Maguire Adding to Portfolio Prior to IPO

Agrees to Buy a Pair of Mid-Cities Office Buildings from Cousins Properties for $79.15M

Prior to its expected initial public offering, Maguire Properties, Inc., is expanding its Southern California portfolio. The Los Angeles-based firm has agreed to buy the Cerritos Corporate Center, a pair of seven-story, Class-A office buildings in Cerritos, CA, also known as the AT&T Wireless western regional headquarters, from Atlanta-based Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) for $79.15 million.
