Symantec Corp. will occupy floors 6, 7 and 8. Jeff Roman, Bill Kamp, Michael Pepper and Ed Zaptin of CB Richard Ellis' Landlord Services Group represented the landlord, Miller Global Properties, while Timothy Allen of Realty Capital Partners represented the tenant.
