Symantec Leases 49,433 SF at Worldgate

Symantec Corp., a leader in Internet security technology, leased 49,433 square feet of office space in Worldgate IV, an 8-story 80,582-square-foot office building built in 2000 at 12801 Worldgate Drive in Herndon, VA. Symantec Corp. will occupy floors 6, 7 and 8. Jeff Roman, Bill Kamp, Michael Pepper and Ed Zaptin of CB Richard Ellis' Landlord Services Group represented the landlord, Miller Global Properties, while Timothy Allen of Realty Capital Partners represented the tenant.
