Crown Boiler Co. took 68,369 square feet of space at 2045 Wheatsheaf Lane in Philadelphia, PA. Crown Boiler relocated from its former Philadelphia address at 5000 Richmond St. and expanded its operations to more than twice its former size. The deal was for five years and was valued at more than $1 million. A 193,000-square-foot industrial building located near the Allegheny Square, the building features 22’ high ceilings, 10 tailgates, and sits on eight acres of land. With the deal, 121,611 square feet remain available for lease in the building. Crown Boiler is a family owned and operated business that has been selling and distributing boilers since 1949. The company continued to grow and in the 1990’s grew to be a national company utilizing a network of regional warehouses. Patrick Green of Insignia/ESG Philadelphia represented the landlord, Wheatsheaf Associates, as well as Crown Boiler, in the deal.
