The law firm Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP will be consolidating its Palo Alto, CA, offices into a new location. University Circle, 2000 University Ave., will be the company's new home. Gray Cary signed a 15-year deal for 118,000 square feet on the first through the fifth floors. The company will be merging its offices at 300 and 400 Hamilton Ave. and 1755 Embarcadero. Washington Realty represented the tenant. Linda Law and Steve Meckfessel of University Circle Investors LLC represented the lessor in-house.
