“The letting of the Tropical Fruit Warehouse demonstrates that the demand from global occupiers for high-quality, sustainable office space in Dublin remains resilient,” said Niall Gaffney, IPUT Real Estate's chief executive.

Space in the property, which dates back to 1890, was offered at €699.65 per square metre a year by CBRE, which with Savills acted as letting agent for IPUT. Cushman and Wakefield represented TikTok.
