SCG Industrial Parks, the newly launched industrial division of Storage Corner Group, has added to its portfolio with the purchase of a light-industrial property in Redwood City, California. The acquisition comprises two buildings on a parcel at 815 and 831 Warrington Ave., totaling 20,754 square feet.
