Industrial Property Sells in 1031 Exchange

2601 Walnut Street LLC acquired the 25,000-square-foot industrial property located at 2601 Walnut St. for $1 million in a 1031 exchange. The sale price worked out to about $40 per square foot. The building has been vacant since early 2002 and will now be leased out as a multi-tenant building.
