Snell & Wilmer signed a 20,214-square-foot lease for office space at 1200 17th St. in Denver, CO. The law firm is expected to occupy the entire 18th floor in August of 2003. The property, better known as Tabor Center I, is a 30-story, 537,047-square-foot building located in Denver's CBD. It is part of a two-block development that includes The Shops At Tabor Center, Westin Hotel, a parking garage, and a landscaped plaza, which are all internally linked by walkways. Rob Link and Andy Lechter of Julien J. Studley represented Snell & Wilmer. Kevin Foley represented the landlord, Equity Office, in-house.
