Capital Partners Inc. purchased Broken Sound Corporate Center located at 6800 Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton from Cutthroat J.V. The 50,809-square-foot, 3-story office building sold for $5.4 million or $106 per square foot. The buyer plans to occupy a portion of the building and lease the remainder that is vacant. Marc Bell of Marc Bell Capital Partners represented the buyer and Thomas Kates of Stiles Realty Co. represented the seller. Previously, the property was occupied by Nortel Networks Corp.
