The Class-A space was part of the of the 62,981 square feet occupied by MCI before the company moved out of the building in May 2002. Current noteable building tenants include Stinson, Mag & Fizzel and Polsinelli, Shalton & Welte, both law firms, and the Charles L. Crane Agency, an insurance company. The building is now 80 percent leased. Helena Hartig of Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners states, "The tenant is very compatible with the building and the other tenants. It's an excellent building for law firms as it has easy access to the courts. Also, Rabbitt, Pitzer & Snodgrass has a very attractive space with views of the Arch and the river." Hartig represented the building owner, Intell Investment & Management Co. Jay Holland of Trammell Crow represented Rabbitt, Pitzer.
