Ferrovia Capital, a Montréal-based real estate investment firm, made its latest foray into Calgary's multifamily investment sector with the acquisition of Riverview Pointe, a newly constructed 209-unit purpose-built rental community in Cochrane, Alberta. The rental property was purchased in an off-market transaction from a joint venture between City Vibe Developments and Carlisle Group for $67.4 million, representing approximately $322,500 per unit.
