Real Estate Firm Acquires Beverly Sunset Medical Building

Expanding its presence in West Los Angeles, family-owned Mani Brothers LLC purchased the 158,585-square-foot Beverly Sunset Medical Building in West Hollywood, CA, from Arden Realty for $33 million or approximately $208 per square foot. The sale had a cap rate of approximately 8.5%.
