Michael & Suzanne Haus purchased the 26,600-square-foot industrial building located at 2100-2150 Meridian Park Blvd. in Concord, CA. The building sold for $3.05 million, or approximately $115 per square foot. The buyers purchased the building as an owner/user and will occupy d.b.a. Equi-Co Engineering Co.
