Woodland Retail Center Sells for More Than $6 Million

Abe & Valerie Alexandrovitch purchased a portion of the West Court Plaza located at 6-70 West Court St. in Woodland, CA. The retail building sold for more than $6 million, with a 10 percent cap rate. The 86,000-square-foot building is a part of the 10-acre West Court Plaza. Major retailers in the plaza include Albertsons, Price-Savers Grocery Store, Kragen Auto Parts, Dollar Tree and Payless Shoes.
