Temecula Retail Goes for $6.5 Million

DWB2 LLC (c/o Robbins & Associates) purchased the Adobe Plaza Commercial Center located at 27625-27685 Jefferson Ave. in Temecula, CA, for $6.5 million. The owner paid approximately $121 per square foot for the project. The five-building, 53,518-square-foot retail locale is the heart of Temecula, at the signalized intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Overland Drive. The buyer chose to represent itself in the transaction. Rik Floyd and Michael Pappas of Colliers International represented the seller, Philip G. Osborn.
