Somera Communications expanded its original lease by another 48,719 square feet at 301 Northpoint Drive in Coppell, TX. The expansion will increase the Santa Barbara, CA-based company's future occupancy to nearly 260,000 square feet, after it initially signed for 210,563 square feet back in December. Somera plans to take occupancy of the entire space this April bringing the 308,000-square-foot distribution center to 84% leased. John Fulton and Todd Jones of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord, AmberJack Ltd. Mari Jones, Susan Pausky and Jack Fraker of Cushman & Wakefield represented Somera in the deal.
