City of New York subleased 21,826 square feet of space at 40 Rector St. Located in the World Trade Center submarket, 40 Rector St. is a Class-B office building. The 449,355-square-foot property is 97% leased. Richard Browne of Rector Management Corp. represented the landlord. Robair Reichenstein of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the deal.
