iManage Signs 39,000-SF Deal

Company Relocates to 303 E. Wacker

iManage Inc. signed a 39,000-square-foot lease to occupy space on the 27th and 28th floors of the 802,000-square-foot, Class-A office building at 303 E. Wacker Dr. in Chicago. iManage relocated from another Class A East Loop office tower at 55 East Monroe St. The 55 East Monroe building is a 48-story office tower with a rentable-square-footage in excess of 1 million square feet. The 303 East Wacker building is a 30-story building that won the 2001 TOBY Office Building of the Year Award. iManage provides collaborative content management solutions that unite document management, collaboration, knowledge management, and workflow tools within a web portal on a single Internet platform. Frank Franzese of Cushman & Wakefield represented iManage in the lease negotiations. Michael Kaiser provided in-house representation for Hines, the owner of 303 E. Wacker.
