Rock Creek International School purchased 1621 New Hampshire Avenue, NW, in Washington DC for $2.1 million ($280 per gsf). This 7,500-square-foot commercial townhouse is located just 2 blocks north of Dupont Circle and features four (4) parking spaces. Rock Creek International School, whose main campus is at 1550 Foxhall Road, NW, DC, provides a dual-language education in English, and either French, Spanish, or Arabic, guided by a philosophy of internationalism that gives students opportunities to develop appreciation for the world's peoples, cultures, and countries. The building will be used for grades 5-8. Guy D'Amecourt and Andy Pulliam of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the seller.
