Extra Space Storage Acquires Site on Chavez for $4.1M

Extra Space Storage of San Francisco LLC acquired 2501 Cesar Chavez St. in San Francisco, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $4.1 million. The industrial property consists of three single-story, wood-frame buildings totaling approximately 22,000 square feet. The company plans to raze the buildings and construct a $14 million, 150,000-square-foot storage facility. Extra Space Storage has already secured all necessary approvals for the project. Scott Mason of HC&M Commercial Properties Inc. represented the buyer and the seller, the Fetterman Trust.
