Balke Brown Associates and Taylor Morley Homes formed a partnership to develop a community of 240 luxury garden apartments with future for-sale town homes in the O'Fallon, Illinois area. The projected $54 million community, Green Mount Lakes, will break ground on November 20th. The first three apartment buildings will be complete for occupancy by the end of May 2003. The community will consist of eight buildings, each three stories, with one, two, or three bedroom configurations. Berkshire Management will manage the property. Construction for the for-sale town homes is scheduled to begin in early Spring 2003.
