On behalf of both buyer and seller, Binswanger/CBB negotiated the sale of a 25,000-square-foot industrial building from J & J Snack Foods Corp. to K.E. Rush & Sons. The property is located at 1101 Koffel Road in the Hatfield Township of Montgomery County, PA. K.E. Rush & Sons is a family-owned business that manufactures a complete line of natural gourmet pet treats. First leasing this facility in 1998 and beginning operations, the company decided to exercise an option to buy. Citing the building's prime location as a major factor in the decision, Kenneth T. Rush said, "The central location to our vendors and retailers, along with a community we're familiar with and at home in, made our decision easy." Frank J. Cullen, president of Realty Group East, handled the transaction for Binswanger/CBB.
