FSN Realty Trust sold 175 Bodwell St. in Avon Industrial Park of Avon, MA, for $2.175 million to Joe Couto. Couto plans to occupy approximately 16,000 square feet, and lease out the remainder of the 31,000-square-foot industrial property. Sitting on over two acres, this vacant building has 400 amps, 208 volts and 3-phase/4-wire power. With four docks and natural gas heating, this brick-and-block building was built in 1989. Taber Keally of M. Donahue Associates Inc. and Wade Estabrooks of Estabrooks Real Estate represented the seller. Estabrooks Real Estate also procured the buyer, Joe Couto, although the buyer was represented in-house in the deal.
