Lawyers Sign Short Sublease at One Bush

Altheimer & Gray Takes 16,560 SF in Downtown San Francisco

Altheimer & Gray subleased the entire 12th floor totaling 16,560 square feet of office space from JP Morgan Chase & Co. at One Bush St. in downtown San Francisco, CA. The Chicago-based international law firm signed a 1-year deal. Attorneys in the firm’s San Francisco office offer intellectual property, real estate and hotel matters, mergers and acquisitions, tax, private equity, venture capital and litigation services. The 18-story, Class-A office building was built in 1958 and renovated in 1988. Phillip Tippett with CB Richard Ellis in San Francisco represented the sublessee. Tom Poggi and Angus Scott with The CAC Group in San Francisco represented the sublessor, JP Morgan Chase.
