Knight Frank has appointed Shaun Rogerson as a partner in its industrial and logistics team to spearhead its growth across the Thames Valley market, CoStar News can reveal.
Rogerson, who has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, joins Knight Frank from JLL where he was a director and head of the Thames Valley industrial team and head of the national trade and roadside team. He will join Knight Frank later in 2023 following the completion of his gardening leave.
At JLL he spent 17 years focused on key industrial and logistics markets across the Thames Valley, advising some of the UK’s leading warehouse developers including Segro, Kier, Panattoni,= and Goodman, as well as fund and asset managers such as Royal London, L&G, Columbia Threadneedle, CBRE Investment Managers, Aviva Investors and UBS on development and leasing strategies.
At Knight Frank, Rogerson will work closely with Gus Haslam, partner and head of West London logistics and industrial and James Maskey, partner, industrial and logistics, to expand the team’s footprint across the Thames Valley, which KF reports saw 5.2 million square feet of take-up in 2022 with strong demand "across the size spectrum from distribution, trade counter, manufacturing and tech sectors".
