Salvation Army Buys Pameco Building

40,283-SF Deal Finalized in Norcross

The Salvation Army purchased the Pameco Building from the Margolias Realty Group at an undisclosed price. The 2-story, 40,283-square-foot, Class-B office building is located at 1000 Center Place in Norcross, GA. The building is in close proximity to many businesses, hotels, restaurants, and government offices. Darren Margolias and Craig Scruton of Atlanta Leasing Association represented the seller. Bill Barry and Bill McCann of Re/Max Greater Atlanta represented the buyer.
